with a focus on achieving peak efficiency in operations, the supply operational support role at ericsson plays a crucial part in the planning, contract management, order fulfilment, warehousing, distribution, and invoicing within our supply processes.
dedicating efforts as a 1st line support for our supply division, this position also plays a critical role in identifying business requirements, analyzing performance, pinpointing areas for improvement, and implementing necessary corrective actions.

*what you will do*:
- support process management through deploying supply process strategies, managing interface coordination, and ensuring proper process and system capabilities.
- verify and maintain process efficiency by analyzing and educating within improvement areas, as well as maintaining our product information page.
- offer 'super user' support, including operational follow-ups of implementation, drive process alignment, and log supply chain queries.
- deploy supply processes and tools using general business rules, conduct key control/sox compliance checks, and support it testing management.
- provide first in the line support to secure fast response, 24/7 availability of both direct and indirect user support, as well as maintaining product-related self-help information.
- secure product data throughout the supply chain lifecycle management, including collecting product information, writing and approving relevant documents, and undertaking updates to improve the supply chain process.
