career overview: we are seeking a skilled claims professional to join our team in mexico city. The ideal candidate will be part of our shared service center, serving both north & latin america region.
main responsibilities
* operational tasks including:
o claims analysis and registration
o acknowledgement and claims creation
o tradeliner review and document handling
o active backup for these activities when another team member is not available
* implementation of at least 1 improvement idea per quarter
* reporting time before and after the initiative is implemented
main goals
* kpis:
o compliance with assigned activities according to slas (normally 48 hrs), at 95% quality standards
o measuring volumes worked and time spent in each activity
o escalation of issues on time to the direct manager
* client focus:
o maintaining good relationships with internal & external clients, including co-workers and local managers
* governance:
o sop update every semester
* productivity:
o implementing 1 continuous improvement idea per quarter
o reporting it in the corresponding tool, in a timely manner
