we are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a power automation net developer.
role purpose:
seeking a highly skilled professional with working knowledge of the power platform, extensive knowledge of design, databases, and azure cloud platforms is a plus. Able to assist clients in implementing and maximizing workflow automation solutions to meet their specific business needs; acting as a consultant to troubleshoot complex issues, train users, and ensure process analysis is understood for solutions in hsbc.
main activities:
* analyze client processes to identify areas for improvement and potential opportunities for automation and process enhancements.
* define project scope and design optimal workflow solutions.
* present technical solutions to stakeholders, explaining complex concepts clearly and understandably.
* support business stakeholders across multiple time zones and work closely with internal us business partners to provide troubleshooting support as needed.
* maintain business continuity and ensure confidentiality of information.
* assess and articulate the impact of changes or incidents related to the service/system.
