Job summary develops and implements human resources policies, procedures, and recruitment strategies. Originates human resources practices and objectives that provide a balanced and effective program across the facilities. Leads and oversees end-to-end recruitment processes and assists and advises senior management on human resources and talent acquisition matters. Responsibilities: formulates and recommends human resources policies, objectives, and talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs. Leads and oversees full-cycle recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing strategies, interviews, selection, and onboarding, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring. Determines and recommends employee relations and recruitment practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale. Oversees standard recruiting, selection, and placement practices and procedures. Interviews executive-level candidates and key leadership roles. Ensures compliance with local employment legislation and recruitment-related legal requirements. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the human resources function and monitors company exposure. Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with human resources policies and government laws and regulations. Approves recommendations for terminations and reviews employee appeals through the complaint procedure. Establishes wage and salary structures, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit programs, and services. Monitors effectiveness and cost containment. Oversees in-house management training and development programs that address organizational and leadership needs. Defines all human resources and recruitment programs, including authority and responsibility of human resources and line management within those programs. Provides education and materials such as workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standards. Conducts ongoing analysis of hr and recruitment policies, programs, and practices through trend reporting and metrics management to keep senior management informed of developments, hiring performance, and talent gaps. Keeps the operations manager informed of significant hr or recruitment-related issues that may impact business objectives. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills requirements: 5 or more years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field. Experience in end to end recruitment processes and talent management. Working knowledge of local employment and labor legislation. In-depth knowledge of human resources practices and procedures across all hr functions, including recruitment and employee relations. Management and leadership experience preferred. Advance english (c1)
