the opportunity
we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a strong hunter profile to manage a robust sales pipeline using crm (salesforce).
* identify and prospect new clients with high import/export potential.
* build and manage a personal portfolio with a focus on growth, retention, and cross-selling.
* prepare customized commercial proposals (quotations, rates, integrated solutions).
* lead negotiations and close deals with decision-makers.
* achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in usd and cargo volume.
key requirements:
* experience: 3–5 years in b2b sales within freight forwarding.
* solid knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and road freight.
* strong closing skills, persuasive, and goal-oriented sales profile.
* primarily hunter (80%), consultative, with strong field presence.
* advanced english (b2–c1), both written and spoken.
* own vehicle required and availability to visit clients.
