about the role
the customer development representative/executive is responsible for developing and supporting the partnership between filorga and doctors in an assigned territory or for a key account to deliver net sales, distribution volume, and market share targets.
key responsibilities
* build relationships with key contacts (doctors, buyers, store managers) and provide objective analysis to ensure customers carry an appropriate portfolio of filorga products.
* proactively understand customer needs and develop business solutions to meet filorga and customer requirements.
* conduct regular business reviews and follow up on sales activity, new products, customer service, receivables, and claims.
* interpret sales reports to identify problems and new opportunities.
* develop and implement customer plans that profitably increase sales volume, distribution, and market share.
* work with logistics to plan, analyze, and forecast customer needs, ensure on-time and complete delivery, and prioritize requirements when a product is unavailable.
* provide customer and shopper insights to drive incremental growth opportunities.
* supervise clinic-level activity and communicate competitive, category, and product information to marketing and management to enable proactive strategies.
* ensure in-store promotions and activities comply with plans and are optimally performed.
* provide effective coverage and visit assigned stores/customers with required frequency.
* supervise kpis and take action to improve performance.
basic qualifications
* bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* at least 2 years of experience in the commercial field.
* experience working with the skin health industry.
* intermediate english level (preferable).
* driver's license.
* availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
