ensure correct alignment with quality requirements.

as a quality controls supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- lead the quality improvements for any internal/external quality findings at the assigned area.
- establish continuous improvements projects using statistic tooling (8ds, rcas, ishikawa, dimac, i.e.).
- providing qc set-up and support in tendering and execution phases of engineering procure construct;
- overseeing fulfillment of contractual and regulatory requirements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
capture lessons learned to continually improve execution processes;
- elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field;
- handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered;
- contributing to project as a team member.
work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months.

to be successful in this role you will:
- have bachelor's drg from an accredited univ or college.
- have at least 4 yrs of experience in quality in oil & gas, or 7 to 8 yrs of exp.
in quality for other industry.
- be native/ fluent in english;
- have been certified as a quality internal auditor.
- have six sigma green belt or equivalent quality training, knowledge and understanding.
