- 5-8 years of professional development experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of the development lifecycle. - expertise in power bi, power automate, and power apps, with a proven ability to leverage these tools for business solutions. - strong experience in designing, building, and supporting databases and data warehouses, including implementing time-based incremental data storage, and integrating databases with power bi for enhanced data analysis. Experience deploying features on production applications. - proven experience in designing and maintaining executive level dashboards for large enterprise customers, ensuring effective data visualization and decision support. - demonstrated ability to integrate generative ai tools into dashboards, enhancing functionality and providing advanced data insights. - examples of projects: design, build and maintain the following: - workforce planning dashboard: migrate existing excel data into modern database. Re-platform dashboard, currently in powerbi, using feeds from new database. - generative ai scorecard: migrate existing excel data into modern database. Re-platform dashboard, currently in powerbi. Update workflow using automation, currently highly manual. - polaris dashboards: maintain powerbi reports (currently 10-15 views) that are supporting visa’s location strategy effort (team health, p/t rations, data governance), which are pulling data from mysql and sharepoint. Design/build new reports/views as needed.
