Main functions:
* manage and oversee rigging operations
* act as the lead rigger during rehearsals and performances
* ensure the rigging team and technical personnel respect standards and regulations regarding the safety of rigging equipment, and apply safe work methods
* develop and update training and succession programs to ensure continuity of rigging operations during performance runs
* inspect and maintain rigging equipment, and keep records of inspections and alterations
* support the technical director by taking part in the process of hiring new technicians, managing team budgets and projecting expenditures
requeriments:
* college or university- live entertainment or theatre production (or relevant work experience)
* 5+ years experience in the entertainment industry
* 3+ years experience in a management or leader role
* 3+ years experience in working in a live performing environment
* avanced english
