discover the world, a global leader in sales representation, is seeking a sales manager to join our innovative and fast-paced organization. In this role, you’ll lead a team of sales professionals, inspire growth, and develop strategies that deliver measurable results.
we’re looking for a dynamic leader who can inspire a sales team, build strong client relationships, and turn business needs into actionable strategies. You’ll work closely with clients to align goals with market opportunities, while leading by example through face-to-face visits, events, and product demos.

what you’ll do
* build and manage strategic relationships with business partners and stakeholders to drive revenue and business growth.
* represent the company externally to enhance visibility and commercial opportunities.
* monitor partner performance, analyze data, and provide monthly updates with actionable insights.
* lead negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
* identify and activate new business opportunities to protect and grow longterm revenue.
* continuously adapt strategies based on market trends and competitive landscape.
* guide sales strategy and regional optimization across key markets (mex, gdl, mty).
* provide strategic direction to sales support for efficient account servicing and sales operations.
* recommend and implement process and system improvements to support growth initiatives.
* align internal departments with partner activities to ensure consistency and continuity.
what we’re looking for
* 8+ years of experience in sales management or business development within mexico’s aviation industry
* fluent in spanish and english, with strong presentation and communication
* proven analytical ability to assess performance issues and develop creative solutions
* strong financial acumen and executive presence
* advanced proficiency in ms excel and powerpoint
* ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
* adaptable to shifting priorities and capable of meeting tight deadlines
* collaborative team player who fosters a culture of cooperation
* willingness and ability to travel on short notice
