sales support & executive operations assistant (remote – full-time – u.s. Hours)

We're hiring a sales support & executive operations assistant to work directly with our ceo, support and help manage our growing sales team, and play a key role in optimizing internal operations and client satisfaction.
this is not a typical admin or va role it's a high-visibility, fast-paced position with real career growth for someone sharp, proactive, and capable of managing both people and processes.
what you'll own
1. Sales team support & operations
 * monitor daily sales team performance: calls, bookings, pipeline activity
 * assign and track leads, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
 * audit crm activity, follow up on dropped opportunities
 * prepare weekly sales performance summaries for leadership
 * send contracts, proposals, and support documents quickly and accurately
 * collaborate with marketing to keep the sales pipeline full and flowing
2. Recruiting & onboarding
 * screen resumes, review test submissions, and coordinate interviews
 * manage onboarding docs, contracts, and initial training schedules
 * track onboarding progress and ensure accountability at every step
3. Executive support
 * act as the ceo's operational right-hand
 * keep high-priority tasks and team projects on track
 * anticipate needs, flag roadblocks, and provide solutions
 * deliver concise, actionable updates for rapid decision-making
4. Internal & client communications
 * monitor client and internal communication channels for issues or missed items
 * step in to handle client questions or minor escalations with professionalism
 * ensure fast, smooth communication between clients and internal departments
we're looking for someone who:
has excellent spoken and written english - clear, professional, and confident
brings 3+ years of experience in sales operations, executive support, or client success
has worked in or around sales teams and knows what makes them succeed
understands how to prioritize, follow through, and hold others accountable
is highly organized, resourceful, and a natural problem solver
can work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment but stays plugged in and responsive during u.s. business hours
is tech-savvy and confident using crm platforms, project tools, and productivity software
bonus points if you've used:
