We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented *salesforce project manager*to lead the execution and delivery of salesforce initiatives.
In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals. You will oversee system implementations, integrations, and enhancements while ensuring high-quality results within defined timelines and scope.
*responsibilities*
- collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals
- lead cross-functional teams, including salesforce developers, administrators, analysts, and qa professionals, to ensure successful outcomes
- oversee daily project operations, track progress, and address challenges or risks as they arise
- act as the primary point of contact for project communication, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
- coordinate data migration, system integrations, and user acceptance testing (uat) processes
- ensure adherence to organizational policies, data protection standards, and salesforce best practices throughout the project lifecycle
- monitor project performance using appropriate tools and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- drive change management processes and deliver training to support the adoption of new salesforce solutions
- continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency
*requirements*:
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- at least 8 years of experience managing salesforce projects with a track record of successful delivery
- a minimum of 3 years in leadership positions such as manager, architect, or coordinator, demonstrating strong team management capabilities
- at least 2 years of experience overseeing teams of 20 or more members
- proven experience in at least five full-cycle salesforce projects or launching key product features to market
- deep understanding of salesforce architecture, products, and core functionalities
- expertise in agile and scrum methodologies for managing projects
- exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive project success
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in complex organizational settings
- advanced english proficiency, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
*nice to have*
- salesforce certifications such as salesforce administrator or pmp
- experience working with salesforce clouds like sales cloud, service cloud, and experience cloud
- familiarity with integration tools like mulesoft or apis for seamless system connectivity
