our operational support team is comprised of functional and technical experts in the areas of netsuite, and operational process flows. Tackle the challenges that come with optimizing and maintaining current operational processes. Whether implementing a solution or enhancing and extending an existing work instruction process, we help locations get the most out of system integrations, upgrade assessments, application upgrades, and business process optimization.
*your impact*
- work on netsuite related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support and other special projects.
- engage with ops leaders and colleagues on solution support.
- create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results to operations leadership and operations teams.
- educate internal and external audiences on netsuite best practices.
- identify, design and implement creative business solutions to continually improve the ns support team’s methodology and approach.
*your experience*
*minimum qualifications*
- 1+ years of direct netsuite upgrades and support experience.
- 3+ years of tier 1 or tier 2 operations process experience.
- experience facilitating and configuration of netsuite.
- strong business skills and experience in operations.
- ability to assess functional and technical gaps in material flow process.
- ability to define and articulate business benefits and costs.
- flexibility to travel up to 25%.
*preferred qualifications*
- experience with full lifecycle netsuite implementations.
- netsuite mobile emulator app, netsuite inventory control process, netsuite commercial invoice app, chips, jit and logiflow.
- reporting experience.
- experience acting as a liaison between the technical team and the user community.
