Departmentadministration / operationstcs is requesting an office administrator who will be responsible for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations by managing administrative activities, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, handling travel and event arrangements, and processing invoices. This role will also support basic coordination related to office utilities and infrastructure, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
key responsibilities
* manage daily office operations and general administrative activities
* maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems (physical and digital)
* provide administrative support to internal teams as required
* coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office services, utilities, and materials
* arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, hotels, and transportation
* coordinate internal meetings, office events, and company functions
* manage logistics such as venues, catering, schedules, and materials
* process invoices related to vendors, travel, office services, and utilities
required qualifications
* 2–3 years of experience in office administration or administrative coordination roles
* hands‑on experience coordinating vendors and service providers
* basic knowledge of invoice processing and administrative documentation
preferred skills & added advantage
* knowledge of diesel generators (dg), ups systems, and basic electrical maintenance is an added advantage
* strong organizational and multitasking skills
* excellent communication and coordination abilities
* high attention to detail and accuracy
* proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, outlook) or similar tools
education
* bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, office management, or a related field (preferred)
