job summary:
in this role, you will be responsible for processing orders as well as conducting detailed cost assessments to ensure accuracy in pricing and invoicing.
you will work closely with internal departments to manage orders from placement to invoicing.
2. organize, schedule, and coordinate backlog check meetings with relevant team members.
3. maintain accurate records of backlog and resolutions for future reference.
4. analyze time and material orders to determine costs associated with labor, expenses, and material.
5. collaborate with project managers, procurement, and vendors to gather data necessary for invoicing.
6. coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate billing.
7. assist with job number assignment for appropriate team members.
8. address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
