*an experienced talent acquisition professional*- you have strong knowledge of talent sourcing tools (linkedin, hireez, or recruiting ai platforms) and understand how to proactively develop robust talent pipelines for a variety of roles.
you thrive on filling positions with high-quality talent and function with a sense of urgency.
understanding the hiring needs of the business and the impact certain roles will have on the organization is part of your approach to recruiting.
*required skills for success*
- proven experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, preferably within a corporate talent acquisition team.
- strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and execution of talent acquisition strategies.
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- ability to manage multiple hiring manager relationships and recruiting priorities effectively.
- proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ats), talent sourcing tools and job boards.
- a results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (preferred).
