Job Title: Senior Manager, Advertising Sales (CTV Market)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to drive our advertising sales efforts in the CTV market. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data insights, and adjust tactics accordingly to optimize campaign effectiveness

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in media planning/buying, account management, or similar roles within the advertising industry
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas and building long-term client partnerships
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written - enabling persuasive presentations and negotiations
- Excellent organizational abilities combined with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with CRM software tools used throughout the organization

Sr. Technical Account Manager (TAM)

Requirements

- Proven experience in technical account management, cybersecurity consulting, or related roles
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including network security, endpoint protection, threat detection, and incident response
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, anti-malware)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; self-motivated and proactive
- Willing to travel when necessary
