Programmatic Strategic Lead (Remote Mexico) - Future Opening 
We are looking for a bold, strategic Programmatic Strategist who thrives in the fast‑moving world of SaaS and B2B marketing and knows how to make a big impact with budgets and even bigger ideas.
About The Role 
This client‑facing position is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of Programmatic clients, including campaign builds, optimization, and reporting across all Programmatic Channels (Display, Native, Video, Audio, etc). The Programmatic Strategist creates and manages custom client strategies, communicates with clients and internal stakeholders, and drives client growth with results that matter.
What You’ll Do 
- Campaign Management: Build, optimize, and report on programmatic campaigns across Demand‑Side Platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive media strategies that align with client objectives.
- Data Integration: Leverage first‑party and third‑party data for precise audience targeting and segmentation.
- Planning and Setup: Implement programmatic campaigns across various platforms.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve performance and pacing goals.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze performance reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve issues related to campaign performance and delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on performance and strategy adjustments.
- Presentation: Present campaign plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
What You’ll Bring 
- 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad‑tech companies (bonus B2B experience).
- Hands‑on expertise in media buying and optimizing campaigns in DSPs, with a preference for experience in TTD and DV360.
- Proven track record in Programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success.
- Strong understanding of how programmatic and other channels (both paid and organic) work together to holistically surpass client KPIs.
- Experience driving programmatic growth across B2B/SaaS clients with budgets over $50k/month.
- Strong cross‑collaboration skills, both within the organization and externally, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Solid analytic ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a results‑oriented mindset capable of balancing multiple projects effectively.
