Your Role
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of production goals for medical, commercial, and automotive products at Phillips Medisize across its two plants. You will maximize the utilization and management of material resources, machinery, and personnel.

You will be part of our dynamic Production Division, where innovation and efficiency converge to deliver high-quality results. The team is composed of dedicated professionals, including operators, production assistants, feeding leaders, feeders, and material specialists, who collaborate to drive the success of our organization's production based on our PBM philosophy.
What You Will Do
- Ensure the fulfillment of production objectives and schedules, maximizing resources at both plants.
- Maintain machinery, equipment, and tools used in operations in optimal condition.
- Promote, facilitate, implement, and coordinate standardization for systems, equipment, and/or new projects such as ISO 14001:2015, 13485, 9001:2015, and IATF 16949.
- Supervise your team (development, training, and incident management).
- Monitor the implementation of TPM methodology.
- Follow up on new projects.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Advanced conversational and written English.
- Experience in managing and implementing Power BI, Excel/Macros, Daily Management, Lean Manufacturing, SQDC, and 5S methodology.
- Line balancing and optimization expertise.
- Responsible management and administration of material resources and personnel.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in plastic injection molding and assembly processes.
- Knowledge ISO 13485.
- SAP proficiency.
- Experience with Green Belt / Black Belt implementation.
