about the role
we are looking for a results-driven associate account executive with a strong hunter mindset and proven experience managing the full sales cycle. This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment, where prospecting and closing are key to success.
key responsibilities
own and manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, discovery calls, solution presentations, proposals, and closing.
conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, linkedin) to generate new business opportunities.
identify, qualify, and convert prospects into customers.
execute short sales cycles with a focus on speed and efficiency.
consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the crm.
collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional sales experience.
requirements
3–5 years of experience in b2b sales with full-cycle ownership.
strong background in cold calling, outbound prospecting, discovery, and closing.
previous experience in inside sales roles or comparable positions.
ability to perform in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
experience using crm tools (salesforce preferred).
strong pipeline generation and deal-closing skills.
