The maintenance & engineering manager is responsible to drive, manage, and sustain performance activities to meet site performance improvement objectives for the plant.
He or she identifies and escalates problems proactively. The maintenance & engineering manager will track results, pushing for execution of improvement projects, initiate focused projects based on maintenance trends, and participating in process improvement initiatives.
- engineer degree in mechanics, electronics, electromechanics or similar
- +6 years of experience in similar or related positions in production plants or linear processes
- strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
- knowledge of lean manufacturing, tpm or process efficiency or maintenance management methodologies.
- good handling of microsoft office system
- good handling of sap system
- proficient in english
- excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- effective time management skills
