*about the role*

we are looking for a *talent acquisition specialist* to manage the recruitment and selection process for our *call center* operations. This role focuses on conducting interviews, coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance, and aligning talent strategies with business needs. The ta specialist will play a key role in building strong relationships, maintaining hiring standards, and promoting our company as a top employer in the call center industry.

*key responsibilities*
- *market research*: stay up to date on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging sourcing platforms to optimize recruitment strategies for the call center.
- *reporting & analysis*: track and report recruitment metrics, including *delivery & graduation rates*, to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- *employer branding*: enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the call center industry.
- *diversity & inclusion*: promote diversity and inclusivity throughout the hiring process.

*qualifications & experience*
- previous experience in *call center recruitment* or talent acquisition.
- proficiency in *microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint)* and experience using applicant tracking systems (ats).
- ability to manage interview scheduling and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and hiring trends.
- problem-solving abilities to develop effective sourcing strategies.
- knowledge of *employment laws and compliance requirements* related to recruitment.
- strong relationship-building skills for networking with universities, job boards, and professional organizations.
