As a cemex go advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities relating to measuring, designing, reporting, communicate, the adoption of cemex go ols and smart service centers features. This is a global quote to cash digital adoption role, where you will help define evolution of cemex go ols features & capabilities.
*main responsibilities*:
- measure and monitor the adoption of ols and ssc features
- validate adoption definitions with the different regions
- create adoption reports for the different stakeholders
- design new adoption and the evolution of adoption indicators
- define and follow up adoption strategies with the regional teams of customer experience
- communicate adoption insights to stakeholders & operations
- coordinate activities & plans with cross functional teams: regional cust. Experience / p&it
- define cemex go success metrics & kpi's
