We are looking for a results-driven *crm marketing manager* with experience in *edtech* to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth *after students enroll*. This role will focus on *increasing repeated sales (upsells from monthly to full payments) and reducing churn* through targeted crm marketing campaigns.
*requirements*:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in crm marketing, including triggered & targeted campaigns (preferably in edtech).
- strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and sales growth.
- experience working with digital kpis (crm & e-commerce).
- excellent communication & collaboration skills to work across teams.
- ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- upper-intermediate englishю
- spanish proficiency would be an advantage.
What you will do:
- *post-purchase campaign development*: design and execute crm campaigns to increase student retention and drive upsells, ensuring students stay engaged and see value in upgrading their plans.
- * customer segmentation & personalization*: analyze student behavior to create personalized, data-driven campaigns that boost engagement and conversion rates.
- * collaboration with student experience & product teams*: work closely with internal teams to develop strategic offers, loyalty programs, and engagement tactics that align with students' learning journeys.
- * crm strategy & best practices*: recommend crm strategies and playbooks based on student behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to optimize engagement and retention.
- * performance tracking & optimization*: monitor key metrics (arpu, churn rate, campaign ro, or, ctor, cr) to assess crm campaign effectiveness and continuously iterate on strategies for better results.
