objetive
the role is to provide accurate assistance and communication during incident events and through daily operation as regards with gps products, through a compelling and positive customer experience
functions
the role holder will oversee these key activities.
- analyze issues raised by clients regarding gps products and manage with stakeholder until final resolution.
- communicate any incident regarding gps products which cause a disruption of the services for the clients.
- provide assistance to the stakeholders regarding gps products capabilities.
- support role responsible for providing assistance to clients when any incident regarding gps product may affect clients daily operation.
- contact local or global it teams to resolve the issues about gps products.
- have open communication with gps teams, it and operations in the benefit of client experience during any issue.
