*what you'll do*
as a
*htas ambassador,* you'll be part of our
*sales team* located in
*mexico city*.
you'll get to:
this position is responsible for identifying new leads within several industries, closing sales, support existing customers, formulating sales strategies and communicating value proposition to prospects.
works together with internal sales team for following up on the sales cycle and prospects needs.
bds must conduct intensive market research, keeping track of competitor's product developments and marketing strategies, as well as identifying purchase patterns and emerging trends
- cold calling within prospects from different industries
- keep a robust pipeline and track opportunities
- understand customer's individual needs and recommend products that maximize values.
- following up with customers throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
- staying current on company offering and industry trends
- building lost-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external customers to create a better customer experience
- handling negotiations

- 2-3 years sales experience
- desirable comprehension and current knowledge of tool industry
- able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- goal-oriented, organized team player
- encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
- self-motivated and self-directed
- excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- in-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
- eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
- able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
- proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
- excellent negotiation skills
- strong time management skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- the drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
