atdraxton brno ,we are looking to incorporate a professional to take on the role of environment, health and safety specialist. In this position, your mission will be to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace by driving ohs standards, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting sustainable operations across the plant.
🎯 main responsibilities:
* coordination of activities related to environment, health and safety specialist (ehs) and fire protection
* investigation and reporting of workplace accidents
* communication with the labour inspectorate, authorities, and public administration bodies
* participation in internal and external audits
* management and updating of operational documentation, including responsibility for personal protective equipment (ppe)
* risk assessment in ehs and proposal and implementation of preventive measures
* delivery of training sessions for employees
💡 to succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3–5 years of experience in ehs within a manufacturing company
* knowledge of iso 45001; iso 45001 internal auditor certification is an advantage
* experience with mandatory ehs legislative reporting (accident reporting, czech statistical office)
* good knowledge of current ehs legislation
* fluent in czech
* intermediate level of english
* proactive attitude and strong communication skills
