We are seeking a skilled *associate delivery manager* to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of salesforce development projects.
Responsibilities
- oversee the planning and execution of salesforce projects
- manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- provide updates to delivery central on project statuses
- coordinate and optimize resource deployment and utilization
- foster a collaborative environment within the project team
- ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
- track project performance and report on progress to stakeholders
*requirements*:
- minimum 5 years of it experience
- at least 2 years in roles involving senior leadership or project ownership
- proficiency in delivery management
- expertise in salesforce project execution
- capability to prepare resource plans
- background in delivering technology projects effectively
- skills in managing project risks
- english proficiency at a b2+ level or higher
- prior success in maintaining project timelines and quality standards under pressure
