This role is integral to the development and enhancement of advanced artificial intelligence systems. As a data annotator / content moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing, categorizing, and labelling digital content to ensure the creation of accurate, reliable, and high-quality datasets used in training machine learning and generative ai models across global platforms. Role overview the selected candidate will work closely with project guidelines and quality frameworks to evaluate and label a wide range of online content. The position requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage diverse content types with professionalism and discretion. Key responsibilities review, interpret, and accurately label digital and textual content in accordance with established annotation standards. Moderate and assess online material, which may occasionally include sensitive or explicit content. Maintain strict quality benchmarks, consistency, and turnaround timelines. Adhere to confidentiality and data-security policies at all times. Participate in training sessions, calibration meetings, and quality feedback discussions. Support the continuous improvement of ai and machine learning systems through precise data annotation. Required skills & qualifications advanced english proficiency (mandatory): candidates must demonstrate near-native or professional fluency in spoken and written english. The role requires the ability to communicate clearly, articulate ideas confidently, understand nuanced instructions, and actively participate in verbal discussions, training calls, and performance reviews. Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Emotional resilience and professional judgment when handling varied or potentially sensitive content. Bachelor's degree preferred. Selection & evaluation process to advance in the recruitment process, candidates will be required to successfully complete the following assessments: llm assessment test- evaluates linguistic competence, reasoning ability, comprehension skills, and attention to detail. Versant english proficiency test- assesses spoken and written english capabilities. A minimum c1 or c2 proficiency level is required due to the communication-intensive nature of the role. Candidates who successfully clear both assessments will become eligible for onboarding and background verification procedures.
