minimum qualifications
* ba in marketing or economics (mandatory).
* knowledge of marketing and administration.
* well management of the administrative systems.
* excellent analysis and synthesis skills.
* knowledge in social media, research and marketing strategies.
* a minimum of 6 years of successful professional experience.
* excellent written and oral communication skills in english and spanish.
* excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills.
* proven leadership abilities promoting collaboration and teamwork.
* professional attitude and people skills with eagerness to be enthusiastic, proactive, and positive.
* fluency in both english and spanish.

* develop the strategic marketing/communication/admission plan in support of and aligned to the school's strategic management plan.
* design strategies to attract and obtain more and better students.
* add value to the image of san roberto international school in our community.
* direct and oversee the marketing, recruiting, and admissions procedures of isr in a manner consistent with the school's academic and strategic plans.
* create strategies to promote the sense of belonging in the community and increase retention of our families and colleagues.
responsibilities
* capture more and better students.
* design marketing, communications and enrollment strategies.
* supervise the management of the institutional image.
* organize and logistics of events to attract and retain students.
* coordinate and follow up the re‑enrollment process of current students.
* collaborate on projects and requirements of nord anglia education.
* elaborate market and competitor analysis to support long‑term decision‑making.
* supervise the creation of promotional material for new isr families.
* supervise the content and image of internal and external communication messages and materials.
* supervise the design, update and maintenance of website and social media.
* build relationships with communication media.
* plan, organize, manage, supervise, and evaluate the work of the staff under your duty, maintaining a high‑quality working environment and setting priorities and follow‑ups.
* maintain close communication with and within the departments under supervision.
* coordinate work between the department and the rest of the institution.
* identify new opportunities and media to promote the isr.
* follow up the process of enrollments, returning students, transfers, temporary absences, and casualties with parents and/or other departments involved.
* design and supervise networking activities to promote the school with feeder schools, companies, government and other institutions.
* support and follow up the induction process of students and/or new families.
* update admission information on the website.
* address complaints, suggestions and requests from parents and the isr community.
* attend congresses, meetings, and other events to stay updated on admissions and recruitment policies, practices and procedures.
* coordinate the development of training programs for the staff under your duty.
* design the annual activity plan and department budget.
* generate weekly, monthly and annual reports on the execution of the different programs under your duty.
