as a channel account manager (cam), you will have the opportunity to develop our portfolio of commercial construction professionals, create strategies and build long lasting relationships through our network.
*essential duties may include*:
- reporting directly to the sales channel director, you will be providing support to create new strategies and campaigns to expand our network
- during your first 30 days, you will get to know our finance products portfolio, agreements and internal processes
- in this first 30-day period, you will understand how the solar industry, tax benefits and rebates work on commercial properties, we will conduct introductory meetings with the top contractors in your territory.
- negotiation support with the contractor - customer relationship, being able to gain agreements and provide full understanding of our agreements and terms.
- during your first quarter, we'll expect a $750,000 contract volume and your first new signed contractors, in this same timeframe, we expect an active knowledge of your pipeline.
- at six months, we should have strong relationships within your territory, a $2,250,000 contract volume and being able to provide training sessions and seminars with different contractors.
- after a full year, there should be a full dominion of our industry, $3,750,000 in contracts signed and being able to create new strategies.
