* analyze delivery data and metrics to identify opportunities for service optimization and support regional requirements for hr system enhancements and process changes.
* maintain accurate employee data in our hris system, collaborating with the outsourced vendor and hr technology team to ensure compliance with global data standards.
key qualifications:
the successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in hr operations, administration, or an hr shared services environment, with a focus on data management or service delivery. Strong knowledge of hris systems, such as workday, and hr ticketing systems, like servicenow, is essential. Proven ability to interact with and manage aspects of an outsourced service provider relationship, utilizing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
