responsibilities
* developing the customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production process
* organizing and participating in all technical meetings with the customer
* solving technical problems, managing changes, and ensuring progress
* auditing all related storage sites and the customer assembly line to ensure the compliant use of our products
* defining and enforcing the scale of demerit products coherent with the customer’s specifications
* managing and guaranteeing resolution of customer concerns and working closely with production quality
* validating and accepting the packaging range
your profile and competencies to succeed
minimum education level
* bachelor’s degree in engineering with a master’s degree in engineering preferred
professional experience
* minimum 5 years of experience in combining development and production
* customer management experience
* experience and success managing a functional network
* willingness to travel 25% of the time
