tasks and qualifications
this is what you will do in this role :
you will have multiple on-site responsibilities, using prescribed guidelines and policies which include, but are not limited to:
* review & report feedback of site readiness audits (commissioning checklist/instructions).
* review & report feedback of drawing sets and commissioning checkbook.
* review programming tools
* attend meetings before travel with site lead/project manager.
* review commissioning plan and schedule.
* create travel authorization and book travel plans.
* maintain the administrative responsibilities along with site responsibilities in order.
* attend daily planning/safety meetings.
* contact manager and project lead while on site.
* compile information into detailed technical reports.
* report and follow up any issues to manager/lead.
* follow punch list and update accordingly.
* create action items in punch list.
what we are looking for
* bs/ba in electrical or mechatronic engineering or advanced degree.
* 1-2 years of successful experience in related field.
* conceptual knowledge of technical leadership (mechanical, controls)
* being able to successfully commission complex assignments until completion with guidance from a more senior engineer.
* experience with either rockwell or siemens plcs.
* knowledgeable on ac drives, both open & closed loop.
* experience in ethernet ip network design and machine safety a plus
