the quality and training supervisor is responsible for overseeing and developing the organization's training team, ensuring that trainers are well-equipped to deliver effective, high-quality programs.
this role focuses on maintaining training standards and efficiency, fostering a supportive environment to retain both trainers and trainees, and driving employee development initiatives that align with organizational goals.
*job responsibilities and functions*
- collaborate with managers and department heads to identify key areas for employee development.
- assist in developing instructional materials, including guides, presentations, and multimedia content.
- coordinate with trainers on program execution to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
- assess training program effectiveness using tests, surveys, and feedback.
- revise and improve training content based on data insights and feedback.
- maintain detailed records of training attendance, completion, and participant performance.
- oversee resource allocation to ensure efficient training delivery.
- keep informed on training and development trends to continually improve training methods.
- implement performance improvement plans for trainers as needed.
- identify and retain employees at risk of leaving the organization, implementing targeted engagement strategies.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree (preferred)
- advanced proficiency in english
- computer skills: proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint); lms
- knowledge is a plus
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment
- minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or training roles
- service-oriented, organized, and problem-solving mindset
