we are actively looking for a human resources training analyst who will ensure compliance with the training plan in accordance with organizational requirement.
activities
* coordinate and deliver internal and external training programs.
* manage induction/onboarding courses.
* conduct training needs assessments (tna) as required.
* ensure compliance with requirements during internal and external audits.
* follow up on training effectiveness.
* maintain training databases.
* record training activities in the sirce platform.
* ensure the delivery of courses and training sessions.
* control, update, and ensure the posting of skills matrices on the production floor.
* administer evaluations to employees.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
* advanced english proficiency.
* advanced proficiency in microsoft office suite (excel, powerpoint, word, outlook).
