position objectives
* reporting p&l / wk (monthly, quarterly, & annually), decision support and analysis, business forecasting of bfc oie.
* provide analysis and communicating quantitative and qualitative information in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.
* working regularly with senior stakeholders across the business.
* support the leadership team in understanding their sg&a actual spent and building their forecast.
* support ad-hoc requests from management and projects as required such as data mining and analysis, process improvement projects, and other corporate requests.
skills, requirements
* 5 + years of related work experience.
* fluency in english, both written and verbal.
* experience in agro industry.
* proficiency using microsoft (excel, powerpoint, access, word) and google (sheets, slides, docs) tools, including advanced spreadsheet tools.
* experience with sap/erp, business warehouse (bw), powerpivot, and/or powerquery.
* ability to work independently in a virtual environment and to execute responsibilities in a high volume, deadline-oriented environment.
* strong analytical skills with ability to validate, analyze, and sort through large amounts of data and transform complex data into succinct, clear communications.
* ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
* ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime when necessary.
* excellent written and oral communication skills.
* residence: guadalajara, jalisco.

* experience in improving and advancing existing financial systems to improve data accessibility and flexibility.
