*what you’ll do*:
this is a fully in-person position. Office location:

*responsibilities*:
- develop and conduct initial identity research to support client reports.
- create detailed search strings using boolean logic and query multiple databases, including lexisnexis, factiva, tlo, and social media sites like linkedin.
- conduct research into areas such as corporate records, liens, judgments, criminal records, and news media, considering the client’s perspective on value and risk mitigation.
- compose brief written summaries of research findings for an internal audience.
- accurately enter findings into internal databases, ensuring no duplicate entries.
- provide internal support throughout the generation and refinement of customer deliverables.
*what you may need to be successful*:
- individual must be bilingual in spanish & english (verbal and written)
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in fields focused on writing and research, such as journalism, english, or history.
- proficient in microsoft office and internet research; strong experience with boolean searches, and familiarity with lexisnexis and tlo is a plus.
- exceptional research skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking ability.
- strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present complex findings clearly and concisely.
- ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- demonstrated ability to work under multiple deadlines with a sense of urgency, maintaining a commitment to accuracy and thorough deliverables.
