Creative content & concept specialist role overview we are seeking a creative content & concept specialist with a background in film, video production, or screenplay writing to develop short‑form video concepts and narrative structures. This role requires strong storytelling ability, visual thinking, and the skill to translate creative ideas into clear, structured briefs suitable for production and content development workflows. Day‑to‑day responsibilities develop short‑form video concepts, creative storylines, and scene breakdowns across genres such as drama, comedy, lifestyle, and commercial content. Write clear, production‑ready descriptions of scenes, including character actions, camera framing, and sound or environmental cues. Create structured documentation of concepts, ensuring clarity, visual coherence, and emotional consistency. Collaborate with internal creative, production, and quality teams to refine ideas and maintain alignment with content guidelines. Ensure accuracy, continuity, and realism in narrative flow and shot composition. Manage multiple creative assignments with quick turnarounds while maintaining quality and originality. Requirements strong background in film, video production, or content creation—understanding of visual storytelling, camera work, and editing principles. Excellent command of english with the ability to write visually descriptive and emotionally engaging content. Knowledge of screenplay formatting and shot structuring (e.g., int./ext., scene timing, transitions). Ability to visualize scenes and translate abstract ideas into practical, shootable concepts. Strong attention to detail, creative judgment, and consistency in tone and pacing. Basic familiarity with structured writing formats (markdown, json, tsv, or similar) is a plus. Prior work in short films, advertising content, or storytelling‑based projects is highly desirable. Comfortable working under tight timelines with collaborative, cross‑functional teams.
