position summary:
the talent sourcer supports the recruitment team by identifying and engaging qualified candidates for u.s.-based positions. This role is focused on proactively building strong talent pipelines, utilizing sourcing tools, and partnering closely with recruiters to meet hiring needs efficiently. Ideal for someone resourceful, organized, and experienced in sourcing talent in healthcare, hospitality, or service-oriented industries.
key responsibilities:
* collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements, target profiles, and sourcing priorities
* source passive and active candidates using platforms such as linkedin, indeed, job boards, boolean search, and social media
* conduct initial outreach to engage candidates and assess availability and interest
* build and maintain organized talent pipelines and ensure accurate tracking in the ats
* provide regular reports on sourcing metrics, outreach effectiveness, and candidate flow
* stay current on labor market trends and sourcing best practices in the u.s. market
* ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication
* coordinate with recruiters to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified candidates for screening
requirements
* bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred
* 2+ years of experience in sourcing or talent research, preferably for u.s.-based roles
* familiarity with sourcing for high-volume positions such as caregivers, nurses, cooks, or similar roles
* proficient in linkedin recruiter, job boards, and boolean search techniques
* strong written and verbal communication in english
* ability to manage multiple priorities and work across time zones
* detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* advanced english
