under general guidance completes the following tasks:
1. assists customer by tracing packages, answering questions regarding fedex products and services, and providing over-the-counter service. Answers station lines and takes information for pickups.
2. maintains and audits all records and files as assigned. Audits airway bills and records as required.

4. may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
minimum requirements:
minimum education:
* high school degree/equivalent.
minimum experience:
* previous clerical or customer service experience in a service environment.

* average general office skills required including light typing, filing and computer literacy.
