responsibilities
* provide remote technical support to users.
* install, adjust, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on komax equipment both at komax facilities and at customer factories.
* prepare and execute runs on komax equipment according to customer-supplied specifications.
* keep crm system records up to date when communicating with customers.
* maintain work areas clean and organized.
* perform other assigned activities.
* focus efforts on achieving the objectives set for each period.
* comply with company policies and procedures established within the quality management system.
* identify necessary parts to carry out repairs on komax equipment.
* prepare service visit reports.
