what will you do?
• establish and manage a formal cyclical counting program.
• monitor and follow up on inventory remediation plans.
• generate complete, accurate, and up-to-date inventory reports to identify and reduce adjustment needs.
• maintain a financial overview of inventory, including precise valuation of physical stock.
• conduct inventory audits and physical reconciliation counts.
• control and audit inventory locations.
• track and report inventory accuracy metrics.
• plan and execute the annual physical inventory.
• establish and maintain a formal asset management system.
• oversee asset identification and tracking through its lifecycle—from acquisition to disposal.
• manage physical and digital records of fixed assets.
• conduct physical inventories of fixed assets.
what will you need to succeed?
• experience managing physical inventory and ensuring alignment with sap system records.
• knowledge of warehouse operations (receipt, picking, shipping, inventory control) is a plus.
• intermediate excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.).
• minimum 1 years of experience in inventory control.
• strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• self-driven, organized, and proactive mindset.
