1. training and developing staff based on established standards.
2. maintaining high quality and satisfactory service for guests and management.
3. preparing staff schedules in coordination with the food and beverage assistant.
4. verifying and controlling staffing guidelines.
5. supervising cleanliness, lighting, order, and restaurant image during tours.
6. supervising trusted and unionized personnel functions.
7. managing the area operation team.
8. holding regular staff meetings.
9. ensuring proper use of management logs in avero.
10. managing budget and p&l for the center.
11. managing systems such as clarabrige, avero, and alice.
12. ensuring friendly and courteous guest treatment.
13. supervising service quality and effectiveness.
14. authorizing charges or bonuses to guest accounts.
15. resolving guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
16. maintaining discipline and authority principles.
17. supporting other consumption centers and banquets as needed.
18. supervising guest account issues.
19. participating in management meetings.
20. supervising personnel templates for unionized roles.
21. reviewing vip and guest lists daily.
22. approving charge cancellations or employee charges.
23. participating in new staff induction.
24. updating menus and supervising procurement.
25. monitoring accounts receivable and authorizing adjustments.
26. supervising payroll within budget.
27. scheduling and supervising vacations and disciplinary actions.
28. overseeing restaurant and bar operations during peak hours.
