Job summary:liquids pc/hc pd&i manager is responsible for leading the overall success of new formulations technology transfer to the plants, best practices and engineering standards adoption, ensuring strong program governance, while driving continuous improvement and innovation efforts in manufacturing processes within these categories. Delivering operational excellence, bringing sustainable, customer-centric innovations while keeping strong fundamentals at the core.the role requires broad technical knowledge of the categories operations, and the ability to understand standards implementation. In addition, strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills are necessary for collaborating across categories, regions, and sites with directors of manufacturing, technical directors, and e2e leadership team (lt), cms team, and global technology team. Principal duties and responsibilitiescross-functional collaboration and project management: collaborate extensively with marketing, supply chain, r&d, i&s, comans and divisional teams to develop and deliver new product grids on time and with top-notch quality standards, ensuring strategic alignment across departments.technical support and scalability: provide technical support for new formula implementations, ensuring scalability and supporting divisions on strategic process optimizations such as aml, quality, ehs, capacity increase, and ftg.pursue technology center pilot plant capabilities enhancements that allow global process scalabilitystandards development and governance: lead the development of standards for equipment, installations, and process controls (e.g., til, equipment specs, sops), and provide governance against established standards to ensure consistency and reliability.early project involvement: engage actively in ceb projects related to making processes from the early stages, fostering early identification of potential issues and opportunities for innovation.technology assessment: evaluate and assess new technologies to optimize the use of utilities, throughput, digital tools, as well as ehs and quality, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.skill enhancement strategies: lead initiatives to enhance technical skills on the shop floor, providing training and mentorship to support innovation and operational excellencelead technical knowledge global sharing forumscontribute to the pc/hc future plant design task force, driving projects to enhance plant design and operations. Required:bs degree in chemical engineering, technology, science or related fieldminimum of ten (10) years of experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality and engineeringproficient in quality system & sustainability program.advanced english preferred:experience as operations, process or engineering managerexperience on ehs and fp&rexperience in data analytics
