responsibilities
1. own and manage revenue management for the caribbean opcos, acting as an independent rm advisor/manager for the business.
2. align and drive the opco rm strategy to optimize volume, revenue, and fgp to meet ap targets.
3. monitor rm performance using analytics tools, setting guardrails by brand, account, and pack type.
4. utilize internal and external data, financial and non-financial, for analytics.
5. train relevant functions within the opco on rm topics and tools.
6. drive continuous improvement of rm content and processes within the opco.
7. develop the rm team broadly.
8. conduct annual pricing reviews to identify rm benefits, market intelligence, and set guardrails on customer pricing, trade terms, and mix execution.
9. present rm topics regularly to key stakeholders, including updating the management team, chairing monthly opco rm meetings, and engaging with account, brand teams, and the global rm team.
requirements
* experience: 7-12 years in revenue management, commercial, financial, or analytics, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods.
* education: graduate; a master's degree is an advantage.
* english proficiency: advanced (required for global reports).
* travel: high.
* strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to support decision-making.
* high level of cross-functional collaboration with communication, control, account, and brand teams.
* ability to present analysis, insights, and data compellingly.
