- *user assistance and issue resolution*: serve as the primary contact for all inquiries related to finra jira and confluence, providing timely and accurate solutions to user issues and requests.
- *configuration management*: manage requests for project configuration changes, ensuring they align with business needs and adhere to company policies.
- *access administration*: oversee user access, roles, and permissions.
- *project/space creation*: set up new projects and configure workflows based on specific requirements.
- *ongoing improvement*: regularly assess and recommend enhancements to the jira and confluence setup to improve performance and user experience.
- *team collaboration*: work closely with other it and support teams to ensure a unified approach to user support.
- in depth understanding of jira and confluence, including advanced features and admin capabilities.
- proven ability to handle multiple tasks.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- familiarity working with bitbucket is highly desirable.
- scripting and automation skills are highly desirable.
