What You’ll Be Doing
Build and execute customer acquisition strategies across digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and beyond).
Scale demand generation for U.S. B2B clients and optimize CPL & CAC.
Partner with content, design, and web teams to deliver landing pages and lead magnets that convert.
Use data (Google Analytics, HubSpot, dashboards) to track, report, and improve performance.
Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, and Ops to keep campaigns aligned with revenue goals.
Experiment, test, optimize — and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in acquisition, demand generation, or performance marketing (B2B/U.S. market required).
Previous Outsourcing, BPO or RPO company experience is a must.
Strong background in U.S. market and B2B customer acquisition.
C2 English (written & spoken) — you’ll work directly with U.S. clients and stakeholders.
Strong grasp of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM, retargeting.
Experience with CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Analytical mindset + creative problem-solver.
A curious, test-and-learn approach — someone who’s hungry to grow and innovate.
Know the ins and outs of the U.S. B2B lead lifecycle.
Love mixing creativity with data to deliver results.
What You’ll Need
Legally authorized to work in Mexico.

What You’ll Get
$60,000 – $70,000 MXN gross monthly.
Home office bonus: $1,500 MXN.
