The incumbent will support the sales and business development organizations in closing opportunities.key responsibilities:design cost-effective solutions to address customer-specific business challenges.collaborate with sales and business development teams to determine and document within the proposal the optimal way to bring together the customer's business needs and technical solutions.represent the technical solution within a clear and concise customer-focused proposal.support cross-functional teams and establish the appropriate internal/external resources to drive opportunity solutions.contribute to activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis.requirements:bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related discipline.experience writing executive-level summaries to position business value and customer outcomes.5+ years combined experience in solution development, technical writing, and proposal creation.familiarity with the power industry, us market, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.strong interpersonal and presentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.project management, engineering, or field service experience is beneficial.
