* manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, plant visits, rfq development, commercial negotiations, closure, and post-sales follow-up.
* present technical and commercial proposals for harnesses, control boxes, and high-voltage products.
* partner closely with engineering, quality, and program management teams to address customer requirements and support new product introductions.
* provide on-site support for technical and quality issues, ensuring prompt containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
* conduct market analysis, develop sales forecasts, and deliver executive-level reporting.
* represent the company during customer visits, technical reviews, audits, and industry events.
